By submitting this form, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. Authority to Sell
   You affirm that you are the lawful owner of the collection, or are fully authorized by the owner (e.g., as an executor, estate representative, or legal guardian) to submit and sell the collection. This includes all items submitted, whether or not they are sports cards.

2. Scope of Sale
   You understand that once purchased, all items in the collection become the property of The Heritage Hockey Vault and may be resold at our discretion, including through affiliated businesses or online marketplaces (such as eBay or other sales platforms).

3. Finality of Sale
   By submitting and completing a sale, you agree that the sale is final. You release The Heritage Hockey Vault and any affiliated resale entities from any future claims, disputes, or attempts to reverse the sale, including regarding pricing, resale methods, or included items.

4. Accuracy of Information
   You confirm that all information provided about the collection, including photos, descriptions, and size estimates, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. No Obligation to Purchase
   Submission of this form does not obligate The Heritage Hockey Vault to purchase the collection. Any purchase agreement is only binding once confirmed in writing.

6. Jurisdiction
   These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising under them shall be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
